Holiday Rental Payments.
All reservations must be made at least 2 working days prior to the date of arrival. To make a booking, customers must send a photo of the ID card of the reservation holder (front and back) or passport. Each document must be valid and up to date at the time it is required, without having expired or lost its legal validity.
Once our Agency receives this document, we proceed to block the requested accommodation (48 hours) and send to reservation holder the PRE-RESERVATION contract. The language for all contracts is Spanish.
The contract indicates the bank account so that customers can make the initial payment, which is 10% of the total, within the next 48 hours. If the Agency does not receive the initial payment within the required 48-hour period, the accommodation is unblocked and becomes available to other customers.
The remaining balance (90%) must be paid by customers 45 days before the date of arrival, also to the same bank account.
If your check-in date is in less than 45 days, all the payment must be made in a single payment.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, customers must pay a deposit as a guarantee to cover any damage during their stay. The deposit will be returned at the check-out if there are no incidents, damage or vandalism. Each property has a different security deposit amount stipulated by the owner, which is reflected in the PRE-RESERVATION contract.
*IMPORTANT: For some properties, the initial payment percentage may vary and be higher than 10%. In any case, before formalising the PRE-RESERVATION contract, the customer will be duly informed.
